    129. Pam Hupp / The Haunted Beattie Mansion

Bettina forgot her microphone, Beth wants to buy a haunted house and the New Year is kicking off to a great start! In this episode Beth and Bettina cover true crime and paranormal stories from the state of Missouri. Bettina shares the true crime this week - the crimes, and the assumed crimes of Pam Hupp.  Beware of those manipulative people ya’ll!  Beth covers a place she really wants to visit ( what’s new) The Beattie Mansion - “The House on the Hill”.  Is it the mysterious Eliza Beattie that haunts the 2nd floor? Is it Armstrong Beattie who whistles a tune?  Or is it one of the many other people who called the mansion their home throughout the years? Cheers Friends!

    128. Thomas Richard Bunday / Haunted Places in Fairbanks Alaska

Happy New Year!! We are so excited to see what 2023 brings us and our listeners!

In this episode the gals chose to cover the state of Alaska… little did they know the paranormal and true crime stories they chose covered the exact same location!  Beth covered the serial killer Thomas Richard Bunday. A very disturbed man, who stole the lives of at least 5 women.  Bettina decided to plan a trip for you all, for if you ever plan on visiting the Fairbanks area. She shares a haunted hotel for somewhere to stay, a haunted pub for somewhere to eat, a haunted cemetery? For something to do? And, a haunted hospital … in case you have an accident? Okay, maybe it's not a well thought out trip… but, there were lots of haunted places in Fairbanks Alaska that she wanted to share with you all!

    Cheers to you and 2023!

    126. The Kacie Woody Story / Haunted and Random Facts of Arkansas

    126. The Kacie Woody Story / Haunted and Random Facts of Arkansas

The internet has become the means of our day to day. There are great things on the internet, but it can also be a place of some scary things.  This week Beth shares the tragic true crime story of the abduction and murder of 13 year old Kacie Woody. A young girl who trusted the wrong person on the internet.  Then Bettina lightens things up a bit for the “paranormal” portion of the episode - telling us the story of Devil’s Hole Cave as well as a few… random?... facts of Arkansas. Cheers!

**Special Note: this week’s episode has been made less graphic, to make it possible to share with a young teen. There is a lesson to be shared from this case. We wanted to be able to share it with as many listeners as possible.

    125. The Waukesha Parade Attack

    125. The Waukesha Parade Attack

On November 21, 2021 a tragedy struck the city of Waukesha, WI, when a man drove an SUV down the Christmas parade route.  He killed 6 people, physically injured over 70, but absolutely devastated an entire community.  We saw and heard about the man's antics in court as he represented himself. The media reported the absurd actions ... but, what about the victims? We can not lose sight of the loss that this man caused. We can not lose sight of the beauty and strength of the Waukesha Community. Cheers to you Waukesha, and cheers to our listeners.

    124. Rajneesh in Rajneeshpuram / The Legend of Heceta Head Lighthouse

    124. Rajneesh in Rajneeshpuram / The Legend of Heceta Head Lighthouse

A little different take on "true crime" this week in Bettina's story.  She shares about the "religion-less teacher" who leads with his religious teachings...Rajneesh.  He led by a vow of silence in his Rolls-Royce driving down the streets of the little city his followers created, Rajneeshpuram in Oregon.  With his devout followers, laughing and crying meditations, sex, and the color red Rajneesh and his "right hand woman" Sheela, changed the little town of Antelope, Oregon forever!  Beth takes her paranormal story to the coast of Oregon - to Heceta Head. Where there's the most picturesque bed and breakfast and Lighthouse that's "haunted" by a ghost named Rue?

REALLY REALLY REALLY Enjoy You VERY Much!! REALLY

Not for a moment do I presume to know all that goes into these delightful romps of mayhem and mystery you so generously take us on each episode.
One gentle request would be that Beth reduce the use of ‘really’. Obviously you are a bright woman, and the repetition of that word diminishes, and distracts from your presentation.
Believe me, I’ve had to do the same with: ‘like’, ‘ya know’, ‘right?’ ... and a slew of others.
You BOTH are wonderful, and your chemistry is every mother/daughter dream.
5-Star all the way, REALLY!
