I found the podcast on the European battles from the 16th to the 20th century very informative. I don’t know much about the Napoleonic wars or any other wars other than World War II in Europe so I’m gonna take that on trust that he’s relatively accurate. I found his storytelling to be informative. However, was way off base. You can tell he’s ran a lot on Robert E Lee, but not much on a listing of Confederate commanders, and he swallowed a lost cause arguments about who lost the battle of Gettysburg. There a large volumes of scholarly books written about the second and third days battles at Gettysburg, and most the bank, or at least the ones worth reading at the bank the myth of Longstreet, dragging his feet and procrastinating in the attack. The podcast or has glanced over search menu items as least flawed reconnaissance of the union lines at 6 o’clock in the morning and never read conducting a new reconnaissance later in the day. I would recommend podcast just be a little bit leery.
