I enjoyed today’s podcast on the state of mind and so true Kimberly. Of all the years I’ve known your mom & my sister in law she did live to go to the Dr. There was always an ailment or a pill for various things or surgeries so it was inevitable that she would eventually end up with something because that was her mind set. We do have to work at being well mentally & physically & we create our own happiness . I love the way you put it onto words and I agree with you 100%. Thank you for sharing.

Kimberly gives you a positive perspective to get you moving in the right direction for the day! I am a strong believer in the power of momentum. If you start your day moving in a positive direction, you are more likely to continue in that direction. She talks about self care, caring for others, her incredible life story, and gives advice like you’re listening to your best friend. She introduces simple practical things you can do to make any day positive. She also has a Facebook group called “Kimberly’s Korner” to support this podcast with her community of followers. She is so relatable, with an infectious laugh. I love her upbeat voice
