We are two young moms that are committed to loving motherhood because we believe that it is something to be enjoyed, not just endured. We want to cherish the sweet moments and be present during the hard ones while we grow alongside our children. As we have entered motherhood, we have found so much comfort and value in conversations with women in all different stages of motherhood and We are here to share those conversations so we can grow together and embrace all of the joy modern motherhood brings.

What Would You Pass Down to Your Children?
This episode was inspired by an instagram post we found from Corrine Stokoe (linked below). She found an article of heirloom pieces you may want to gift your daughters and it sparked the idea of truly timeless pieces to pass down to your children: values and lessons you want them to always keep in their hearts. In this episode we discuss a few things that we want to gift our children and encourage you to take time to make a small list for your own home!

This episode was a request from a listener and something that we think about DAILY so we were grateful for the opportunity to really hone in on a topic we feel is so relatable and important. In this episode we discuss a number of tactics that we use to help manage overstimulation as a parent. We talk about how we spend our time with our children, scheduling regular times to be alone, improving phone habits, implementing a perspective check, and setting an intention for the day.

It’s like chatting with your best mama friends!
This podcast creates a motherhood community. Every episode gives you exactly what you need to hear as if you are chatting with your closest mama friends on the phone. I look forward to new every week and go play older ones in between (more than once sometimes!). This podcast is my all time favorite.
