The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 13Living Among the DeadEcclesiastes 9:1–12 | King’s Chapel Live StreamEcclesiastes 9 confronts one of the hardest realities of life. Death touches everyone.Life under the sun often feels unfair, unjust, unpredictable, and unkind. The same struggles come to the wise and the foolish, the righteous and the unrighteous. No amount of wisdom, success, or effort can fully shield us from pain, loss, or uncertainty. This passage forces us to wrestle honestly with the brokenness of life in a fallen world. But Ecclesiastes does not leave us in despair. In the middle of life’s uncertainty, we are reminded of a deeper hope. God holds His people in His hands. God sets His favor on His people. And through His Son, we are given a hope stronger than death itself. This message points us beyond the futility of life under the sun to the joy and security found in Christ. While this world is temporary and fragile, those who belong to Jesus are never abandoned or forgotten. If you have been wrestling with fear, discouragement, suffering, or questions about the meaning of life, this sermon is a reminder that even in a broken world, there is lasting hope in the Son.Connect with King's Chapel in Longwood, FL - ▶️ www.kingschapelfl.com▶️ https://www.facebook.com/KingsChapelfl▶️ https://www.instagram.com/kingschapelfl/For the GLORY of our Great GodFor the GOOD of our NeighborEcclesiastes 9 sermon, hope in suffering sermon, life and death Bible teaching, meaning of life Ecclesiastes, hope in Christ sermon, King’s Chapel Longwood FL, biblical hope in hard times, God has us in His hands

Sermon | Ecclesiastes: Finding Peace of Mind Under the Sun | May 10, 2026 Church Service

The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 12Finding Peace of Mind Under the SunEcclesiastes 8:1–17 | King’s Chapel Live StreamPeace can feel hard to find in a world filled with uncertainty, frustration, and things we cannot control.Ecclesiastes 8 wrestles honestly with life under the sun. Earthly authority is imperfect. Life often feels unfair. The future remains unknown. And many of God’s ways remain beyond our understanding.Yet even in the middle of that tension, Scripture points us toward peace. In this message, we explore how peace of mind grows through wisely submitting to earthly authority, trusting in the sovereignty of God, and learning to find joy in the midst of life’s journey. We are reminded that while human wisdom has limits, God’s wisdom does not.Ecclesiastes also reminds us that true peace is not found in figuring everything out. It is found in fearing God, trusting His rule, and resting in the goodness of the life He has given us.Even when life feels confusing or heavy, there is still joy to be found in the Son under the sun.If you are feeling anxious, weary, or uncertain about what lies ahead, this message invites you to stop carrying what you were never meant to control and to rest in the peace of God.Connect with King's Chapel in Longwood, FL - ▶️ www.kingschapelfl.com▶️ https://www.facebook.com/KingsChapelfl▶️ https://www.instagram.com/kingschapelfl/For the GLORY of our Great GodFor the GOOD of our NeighborEcclesiastes 8 sermon, peace of mind Bible, trusting God in uncertainty, sovereignty of God sermon, finding joy in difficult times, King’s Chapel Longwood FL, biblical wisdom for anxiety, peace in Christ sermon

Sermon | Ecclesiastes: The Gospel According to Ecclesiastes | May 3, 2026 Church Service

The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 11The Gospel According to EcclesiastesEcclesiastes 7:15–29 | King’s Chapel Live StreamEcclesiastes is often seen as a book about confusion, tension, and unanswered questions. But underneath it all, there is a clear and powerful message. The gospel. In Ecclesiastes 7, we are reminded of how life began, what went wrong, and why we cannot fix it on our own.God made us upright. We were created in His image, without sin, with the ability to walk in righteousness. But we chose our own way. Our scheming brought brokenness into every part of life. Our hearts are broken. Our relationships are broken. Our world is broken. This passage also exposes the limits of human effort. We cannot fix what has been broken. We cannot bridge the gap between us and God. Even our attempts at righteousness fall short. And walking in wickedness only leads to more destruction. So where does that leave us?It leads us to the hope of the gospel. The fear of God is not about distance. It is about rightly seeing Him, trusting Him, and turning to Him. The good news is that what we could not restore, God has provided through Christ. Where we failed, Jesus was faithful. Where we are broken, He brings restoration. This message invites us to stop trusting ourselves and to place our hope fully in the One who makes all things new.Connect with King's Chapel in Longwood, FL - ▶️ www.kingschapelfl.com▶️ https://www.facebook.com/KingsChapelfl▶️ https://www.instagram.com/kingschapelfl/For the GLORY of our Great GodFor the GOOD of our NeighborEcclesiastes 7 sermon, gospel in Ecclesiastes, human brokenness Bible, righteousness and sin sermon, King’s Chapel Longwood FL, meaning of life Ecclesiastes, fear of God teaching, need for salvation sermon

Sermon | Ecclesiastes: Live Like You Were Dying | April 26, 2026 Church Service

The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 10Live Like You Were DyingEcclesiastes 6:10-7:14 | King’s Chapel Live StreamLife raises questions we cannot fully answer. What is truly good. What is coming next. What is better in the long run. Ecclesiastes brings us face to face with the limits of our understanding and reminds us how little control we actually have.In this passage, the Preacher does not give easy answers. Instead, he points us in a better direction. Consider God.In this message, we are invited to step back and reflect on who God is and how He works. We consider the work of God in shaping our lives, the providence of God in guiding our days, and the mystery of God in ways we cannot fully explain. There are moments when life feels clear and moments when it feels confusing. Times of joy and times of adversity. Ecclesiastes reminds us that both come from the hand of God, and both have a purpose in His plan.Rather than trying to control everything or figure everything out, we are called to trust the One who sees the full picture. Real wisdom is not found in having all the answers. It is found in fearing God, trusting His ways, and walking with Him through every season. If you are in a place of uncertainty or wrestling with questions about your future, this message invites you to slow down, lift your eyes, and consider God. Sermon | Ecclesiastes: The Powerless Pursuit of Wealth | April 19, 2026 Church Service

The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 9The Powerless Pursuit of WealthEcclesiastes 5:5–6:9 | King’s Chapel Live StreamWe live in a world that tells us more is always better. More money, more comfort, more stuff. But what happens when you get it all and still feel empty? In this message from Ecclesiastes 5:8–6:9, we take an honest look at what Solomon discovered about the pursuit of wealth apart from God. He doesn't just warn us. He walks us through it. The systems of this world are broken by sin. Corruption trickles down from the top. And the things we spend our lives chasing cannot deliver what only God can give.Solomon shows us the powerless pursuit of money. The more you have, the more you want, and hoarding what we've been given only leads to grief. Possessions don't satisfy. They can't. They were never designed to.But this passage doesn't leave us there. There is One who can fix what is broken. One who can fill what is empty. And in Him, joy is not something we chase. It's something we receive. In Christ, joy is a gift, not a reward for accumulating enough. If you've ever felt the pressure to earn more, hold tighter, or build bigger and still felt like something was missing, this message speaks directly to that ache. Real contentment is found not in what you own, but in who owns you.Series: The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Part 9Connect with King's Chapel in Longwood, FL - ▶️ www.kingschapelfl.com▶️ https://www.facebook.com/KingsChapelfl▶️ https://www.instagram.com/kingschapelfl/For the GLORY of our Great GodFor the GOOD of our NeighborEcclesiastes sermon, money and the Bible, contentment in Christ, King's Chapel Longwood FL, powerless pursuit of wealth, biblical wisdom on money, Solomon Ecclesiastes 5, joy in Christ sermon, corruption and justice Bible, Christian living sermon

Sermon | Ecclesiastes: Worship and the Fear of God | April 12, 2026 Church Service

The Vanity of Life Under the Sun Without the Son, Pt. 8Worship and the Fear of GodEcclesiastes 5:1–7 | King’s Chapel Live StreamWhat does it really mean to come into the presence of God?Ecclesiastes 5 slows us down and calls us to approach God with humility, reverence, and awareness. God is in heaven and we are on earth. That truth alone changes how we worship, how we speak, and how we live.In this message, we are reminded to guard our steps when we draw near to God. Worship is not casual or careless. It is a response to who God is. And yet, we are also invited into His presence. Not because we have earned it, but because God has made a way.Through Christ, the door is open. What we could never afford has been paid at an infinite cost. We are welcomed to come just as we are, while also being called to come with clean hands and a pure heart.Ecclesiastes also challenges us to watch our words. In a world full of noise, we are invited to listen more than we speak, to take God seriously, and to live with integrity before Him.Finally, this passage calls us to question our dreams. Not every ambition or desire leads to life. True wisdom begins with fearing God, surrendering to Him, and trusting that His plans are better than our own.If you have ever felt distant from God or unsure how to approach Him, this message invites you to come with humility, listen with intention, and trust the One who welcomes you in.Connect with King's Chapel in Longwood, FL - ▶️ www.kingschapelfl.com▶️ https://www.facebook.com/KingsChapelfl▶️ https://www.instagram.com/kingschapelfl/For the GLORY of our Great GodFor the GOOD of our NeighborEcclesiastes 5 sermon, fear of God Bible, worship reverence sermon, how to approach God, King’s Chapel Longwood FL, guarding your steps sermon, watching your words Bible, surrender to God teaching
