    Let's Chat - Doing the Inner Work

    In this episode of Kitchen Talk, I discuss the importance of keeping your heart open and how experiences from our early years affect the ways in which we perceive the world today. How doing the inner healing and acknowledging our feelings allows us to be open to all the abundance the world has to offer. I discuss how its important to take time to sit with yourself and heal your inner child.     Let's Chat- Relationships, Fears, and Life with Mom

    In this episode of Kitchen Talk, I sit down with my mom and allow her to take the reigns. She discusses her divorce, finding her passion and meaning after the divorce, and how throughout life learning about yourself and diving into those uncomfortable situations is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Towards the middle we have surprise guest, my boyfriend, Klay Galloway. The three of us dive relationships and the fears that surface during and what it means to love someone to us and how to carry that love to the end.
