This week I get to talk about whats happened in MotoGP - there were some great results at testing leading up to the 1st 2020 race KTM and Aprillia riders are doing really well. In track day news, I just wanted a moment to inform the communtiy of an unfortuante fatality during a track day for 25 year old Ben Godfrey, love what you do but please be safe. Finally we finish off with some Track Day Fitness - I get into Thermoregulation; why it impacts performancy and some tactics we used for an Australian rider. This is followed by improving running performacne, I go through some running ques which will improve your running efficiency in the long run.
