Special guest “Mr. Nets” returns to debate the blockbuster trade, in which Anthony Davis was finally traded to the Lakers for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and three first round picks (including this year’s No. 4 overall pick, in 2019)!

The Toronto Raptors are your new NBA 2019 champions! Kawhi Leonard is a NBA Finals MVP, once again! Therefore, he truly has become the “King in the North!”

In this episode of Knicksfandom, the guys give an exclusive 2019 NBA Finals wrap-up!
They discuss if Kevin Durant should have played in a “do or die” Game 5, which ultimately resulted in him suffering a season ending injury, in which he ruptured his Achilles tendon. Shockingly, Klay Thompson would go down in Game 6 with a season ending injury, in the form of a torn ACL.

“Mr. Nets” gives his thoughts about Kyrie Irving possibly signing with his Brooklyn Nets and his thoughts regarding the two possible max players salary cap room, that the Nets recently opened up by trading Allen Crabbe.

The fellas also discuss some potential NBA trade rumors and possible free agent signings for the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets, and much more!

Kristaps Porzingis aka “KP,” was recently traded from the New York Knicks in a blockbuster trade! KP, Tim Hardaway Jr., Courtney Lee, and Trey Burke for Dennis Smith Jr., DeAndre Jordan, Wesley Matthews, and two future first round draft picks (reportedly Dallas’ 2021 Dallas- 1st Round Pick “unprotected” and reportedly Dallas’ 2023 1st Round “protected” Pick (1-10)!

What do we truly think about this trade?

Anthony Davis Potential Trade!

Anthony Davis’ agent Rich Paul publicly demanded a trade for AD from the New Orleans Pelicans! Anthony Davis aka “AD,” was subsequently fined $50K for his public trade demand, by the NBA!

What do we think about AD sending Rich Paul to deliver the news Pelicans?

NBA TALK:

LeBron James was recently involved in an alleged tampering controversy, involving Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans! Recently, LeBron James told ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, “It would be amazing to play alongside the superstar power forward!”

Moreover, Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reported that Davis and James met for dinner Friday night after the Lakers’ 112-104 victory over the Pelicans. In addition, Davis purchased a home in Los Angeles at $7.5 million, early this year. This has added to the speculation that Davis is indeed heading to L.A., to join LeBron either as a free agent or perhaps sooner, via trade.

Should the league look into this incident, as a potential tampering case?

A recent medical update regarding Kristaps Porzingis stated that his left knee which underwent ACL reconstruction (February 13, 2018) confirmed that his knee is healing well, and he has made good progress in his rehabilitation. Once he reaches the remaining rehab benchmarks, he will advance to on-court team drills and activities. He will be re-evaluated in mid-February.
