    #26 - Using part of my human design while working out

    Sometimes I forget things that feels good and aligned. Do you ever feel like that? It's a bit silly, because how can I forget something that feels so good?!?     #25 - We mostly have projected channels

    In the last episode I forgot to mention that all channels can be divided into projected, generated, manifested channels. This says something about how the energy will manifest in the world; does it require recognition and an invitation before it is shared or is it triggered by a response. I also talk about how we're basically taught to be out of sync with ourselves, nature and the universe. There's a lot of timing and waiting involved in being a human being. Not many people have the patience for that because it wasn't even an option growing up that timing is a part of life.     #22 - Life as a projector

    This is an introduction to my life as a projector.  I found it a little difficult to grasp in the beginning even though it resonated so deeply with me.  I now dare to be more free in my interpretation of myself (why was that even an option not to be?!) so now I get it. No one gets to tell me who I am or what I'm here to explore!     #20 - This will eventually happen in any relationship

    To be in a relationship (any relationship) will at some point - often many points :) - require you to look within yourself. I don't believe love to be hard work but because we are complex beings living a human experience, we will have to let go of old parts of ourselves as we grow and evolve in a relationship. In other words, you will fight and feel hurt in a relationship. You might even feel betrayed and lost at times; there is no way around not experiencing not-good-feeling-emotions in your relationship.
