    Don Milton has been researching polygamy since 1971, when, at age 17, his girlfriend first suggested the idea. Over the years, encounters with women from diverse cultural backgrounds, including the Philippines, further piqued his interest. His journey took a pivotal turn in 1990 after he committed his life to Christ and began to see polygamy not only as a possibility but as a biblical command in some cases. His exploration deepened during trips to the Philippines, where he engaged with Christian polygamist communities and researched extensively on the subject. A graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Linguistics, Don used his skills to study biblical texts and historical contexts of polygamy, which eventually led him to write *The Prince of Sumba: Husband to Many Wives*, a novel interwoven with biblical history and theology. The novel, accompanied by 385 footnotes, remains a seminal work in Christian polygamy literature. In 1998, Don launched several websites, including **ChristianPolygamy.com** and **ChristianMarriage.com**, where he shared articles and corresponded with readers on the topic. His work has included republishing books by historic Christian polygamists such as Martin Madan and Bernardino Ochino. His latest novel is *Ron and Bruno: Against the Doctatorship*. He continues his carnivore diet, and his faith and studies remain central to his life and work.
