He's asking for the District Attorney for the charges to be dropped. Next, during a police officer ride along, a photographer snapped photos of an officer having to use her taser, then discharged her gun. She's now on paid administrative leave. In the second block of the show, we welcome anchor Greg Lee, who's in to preview the 10 PM news. First up, the state of California's newest lawsuit against the Trump Administration. Tom Vacar will have more tonight. Also, the city of Oakland had an important safety Town Hall meeting with Barbara Lee, on the heels of the mass shooting that left two dead on Friday night.
