So glad to find this podcast.
Thank you
I really enjoy your podcast, I must have listened to all of them half a dozen times now... you have a very comforting voice during a stressful day! I listen and dream that maybe one day I will be able to start and end each day drinking the love from my wife!!! We have been in an ANR for almost four years. She hasn’t produced much milk because we haven’t been able to stick with the daily schedule... but the few times I was able to get more than drops it gave me butterflies in my stomach as she did 25 years ago when we first met!!! When I’m at her breast and can feel the warmth of her skin, I feel closer and loved more than ever!!! ANR isn’t a sexual fetish or an age/mommy thing, however, it can lead to great sex if wanted... but it’s a connection between our bodies, hearts, and souls coming together as one... I truly believe in my heart that if more couples knew about ANR that they would be a lot happier together and way fewer divorces in this world... Thank you for taking your time to put the information out there!!!
I thought I was crazy
I love this podcast. It was the first one I clicked on when I searched for relactation. I was considering trying to lactate again because my period is unbearable anymore! Ever since having children, whenever I try any type of birth control it just doesn’t work and my body responds poorly. I mean I’m sure it probably works as birth control but I wouldn’t know because I bleed the ENTIRE time I’m on it. I breastfed my girls, ages 5 and 3, for a year each and I never had a period until a week after they were fully weaned. Even at one or two feeds a day for the last month I didn’t have one. I thought maybe I can pump, bring my milk back, and not get my period anymore. I connected with Makayla right away when she stated on the pod that her main reason for relactation was her menstrual cycle. I’m not crazy. It’s a thing, and if there were more research behind helping women, other than these artificial hormones that don’t always work, maybe we wouldn’t need to try these “crazy” measures.
