We've been there!  That's why we invited our special guest, Grace Black onto Ladies Let's Talk to introduce us to the Drama Triangle!  What the HECK is the Drama Triangle!?!?! Join as we share some laughs and some serious moments as Grace helps us to understand how, by accepting and owning that the three "personalities" or characteristics of the Drama Triangle are within each of us, we can use this knowledge to escape the Karma wheel and come back to centre or balance.   By fully accepting that we all play those roles on occasions, we can become better in our communications and our relationships. As always, there are plenty of laughs as Grace uses Noelene's single status as an example of how not being "desperate" can help attract a higher quality man into her life, Mel expresses her angst caused by her children NEVER putting their shoes away and Michelle shares how she believes parenting boys brings a totally different challenge to the communication discussion.
