It’s really eye-opening

I’ve been listening to LWG as my summer starts, since the flash podcast was on a break (haha big fan Tati!) and I’m so glad I decided to listen!! Finally having women, (especially poc/different ethnicities) speak out on the major racial and diversity issues throughout the DCTV is amazing and as a poc myself it’s great having people speak out exactly what I’m thinking (most of the time) also listening to more fans of Iris/westallen is always a plus side since being in fandom is well....complicated at times haha, anyways I love this podcast so much and I’ve been listening nonstop! Keep up the work ladies 💗🥰

I tried listening. I had hoped for something objective and unbiased. But a trio of Iris/Westallen stans who spend more time throwing shade at the white men and women of the DC shows, while praising the woc characters, is just another example of this "us and them" mentality that the fandom seems to have adopted over the years. It's not only offputting, but problematic.
