The lads start with a central theme for each podcast chosen by the audience and then navigate their way with authentic chat whilst regaling their stories, advice and personal experiences. Capricious in their chat, lurching from the fragilities and vulnerability of man to the ridiculousness and silliness of lad's chat.
Scratching just beneath the surface of the lads' banter, you’ll find two men in their early forties who candidly chat around topics such as; friendship, Valentine’s Day, laziness, time travel and a fear of flying…

The slightly less space/time travel duo seemingly as hilarious as their animated counterparts. My life is more complete by being able to peer into the lives of Rick and Flav-alicious. I’m glad they met for each other, but even more so because their relationship is entertaining. Two seemingly good lads who are spreading joy into the world one hour a week. Just have a listen and if you’re not a devout prude, then you’re bound to have a laugh. Well done on another phenomenal podcast and keep up the wonderful work hosting, Ricky poo! COYS Oi Oi Oi!
It’s that sandwich
Do you ever find yourself eating a sandwich and think, “this sandwich is amazing. I have to tell someone about it.” And then a few weeks later you take some friends back to that spot and you say, “hey, have this sandwich. Trust me.” But there’s a little bit of you that is worried. Maybe you’ve talked up the sandwich too much. Maybe your friend isn’t going to have the same taste. Even maybe the sandwich won’t be good this time. But then you both order it and it’s just as amazing as you remembered. You see your friend take the first bite and get that sparkle in their eye. It’s that sandwich! This show is that sandwich!
