I listen to many podcasts of all various natures: comedy, entertainment, parenting, and so many more but LadyStrong FITcast is one of my favorites.The true benefit that I receive from listening to LadyStrong FITcast is that I am actually experiencing it or I can actually live it as I am listening and learning from these podcasts as I am also a member of LadyStrong Fitness Gym. LadyStrong Fitness Gym is a diamond of a gym that I found in hopes to find some sort of workout routine and to my surprise, I got so much more and can proudly write that I have found a dedication to myself that I never have had before.The co-founders, Brittany and Marciea, are the brains and brilliance behind the this podcast as they are the gym as well. I must add that the staff and coaches are all exceptional too! All things fitness from nutrition, strength, accountability buddies, to heartwarming success stories, plateaus and how-to’s are just some of the topics on their podcast. I find each and every podcast informative and inspiring. LadyStrong Fitness, from its gym to its podcasts, is very unique and makes me feel very individualized but yet part of a strong community where I can lean on and also grow. And the best part, this is just the beginning of my journey!
