The hosts, Dave and Kristy, do a great job entertaining while educating on all things land — types of things to watch out for when buying land, types of land, and even different ways you can own it. Definitely worth a listen.

Think this makes you a better buyer of land
I like the detailed info about their inventory. Also appreciate the education about how to approach land buying so you don’t get a nasty surprise once you own it. If you are looking to buy land, this is a worthwhile listen that is likely to make you a smarter buyer. But forget the stupid Dad jokes!
Would be nice to see the visuals Dave refers to during his narrative.
