    Greetings, my name is Jennifer Pulido, I would like to welcome you to my Podcast and thank you, for joining me today. Before we get started, today’s podcast will be given in both English and French for educational purposes. Becoming a teacher is no easy task. It requires developing pedagogical skills that will allow you to create and design proper learning experiences for your target audience. To design proper learning experiences, you must identify three key elements: the learners, the learning trajectory, and the learning environment. This podcast will discuss instruments and outcomes including a needs analysis implemented within a private educational context, a detailed lesson plan that incorporates essential factors such as a pronunciation activity, a language awareness activity, the use of alternative materials in the classroom, and a brief description of the importance of a discipline plan to manage and control classroom behavior.
