Listen, subscribe,

This is a good one. This is a really, really good one. I don’t think I’m alone in that I find a podcast, download it, listen to an episode every once in awhile, but for the most part ignore it. I recently discovered this podcast and when I finally listened to an episode, I knew it was different. And might I just add, I am not the comment leaving/rating giving type of gal. This podcast is so freaking good, I had to put the episode on pause and actually figure out how to leave a review. If you are looking to get insight, tips, and perspective on the artistry and business of lashing, that is truly useful, I believe this podcast is the answer. Disclaimer, they are unique in that their niche is classic lashes, but I believe the knowledge they drop is applicable no matter what type of lashes you apply, and by the by, the gallery of work is stunning. As a new lash artist, this is exactly what I have been searching for. LashCast addresses the “nitty gritty.” They talk about the topics that are glossed over in the 2-day lash courses. Cheese and rice, when Tussanee used technical terms for the nerves and conditions of the eye and had an in depth discussion about the health of the eyes and lashes, my head almost popped off. Listen, this is not fluffy, girly, chit chat about how pretty lashes are—they discuss ergonomics, lash health, best business practices, hacks, and more…it’s glorious and magical how generous they are with their knowledge. I’ve binge listened up to Ep.8 and I’m confident it will only get better and better. I am truly excited to learn more—THANK YOU Tussanee, Paul, and team for this resource, it’s sublime!

setting tone

upsetting the first episode i heard had a story about a woman of color. as a woman of color there’s absolutely no way that could’ve happen. sound as if she made it up. i know first hand as a lash artist and a woman of color that, that could not have happen. it disgusted me to hear her make that up. poor way to set the tone for me. (if you peel adhesive off skin it’s not going to pull color off) smh

Thank you!!!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences with your listeners, every time I finish listening to an episode I’m left with excitement to add something new to my business. I’m a solo artist so it gets a bit lonely sometimes, and listening to your podcast helps me be more aware of the things I might be doing wrong or what needs improvement. I can’t wait to meet Paul, Tussanee and Érica at LashCon.
