I have listened to two of Mr. Amarque’s podcasts and am listening to another. It is heartening that rational, classical liberal ideas like his are being propagated outside the US. As an American, I often feel insular, both physically and psychologically, and I feel it’s important to reach across the Pond and listen to what non-American westerners are saying about the current socio-political crisis we find ourselves in. A few comments on his interviewing style: he asks few, direct, thought-provoking questions and spends most of his time silent, letting his guest speak. He is interested in music, culture, philosophy, logic, and politics. His style is not inflammatory but inquisitive. I highly recommend this podcast to Americans and Canadians to gain broader perspective.
