Ep 96. From Scattered to Sacred Focus

One Project. One Summer. One Book. After months of trying to balance multiple projects, certifications, ideas, and opportunities, I finally made a decision: This summer belongs to the book. In this personal episode, I'm sharing why I chose to put several exciting projects on hold and dedicate my energy to completing and publishing the book that has been calling me forward for years. As a business owner, mother, creator, and now 40-year-old woman, I've learned that sometimes growth isn't about doing more; it's about choosing what matters most and giving it your full devotion. This book has become that project for me. I believe it has the potential to help thousands of people over the next decade who are navigating purpose, awakening, entrepreneurship, and creating a life aligned with who they truly are. Because of that, I've decided to give it my full attention through the summer and into the fall. In this episode, I share:  Why I decided to focus on one major project instead of many  The lessons I've learned about capacity, priorities, and creative energy  How I previously got paid to write my book while creating it live  The story behind Launch Your Light and the community that helped bring it to life  Why inviting people into the creation process can be so powerful  What it means to choose devotion over distraction  My plans for publishing the book this fall  How I'm balancing ambition, motherhood, summer fun, and creative work I also officially announce Summer School: The Season to Get Shit Done- a summer-long accountability and co-working experience designed for women who have projects, ideas, dreams, businesses, books, podcasts, YouTube channels, and to-do lists they've been meaning to complete. Together we'll gather weekly to:  ✨ Set intentions and priorities  ✨ Celebrate progress and breakthroughs  ✨ Move through blocks and distractions  ✨ Co-work and create alongside one another  ✨ Get support, accountability, and momentum Because sometimes the fastest way to finish something is to stop trying to do it alone. Whether you're writing a book, launching a business, organizing your life, starting a podcast, or simply trying to complete the things you've been putting off for months, this episode is an invitation to choose focus, trust your calling, and finally make progress on what matters most. Ep 95. The Messy Middle of Book Writing & Becoming an Author w/ Jessi Dunnagan

In this episode, Jayme sits down with editor, publishing mentor, and founder of Big Time Publishing, Jessi Dunnagan, for an honest and behind-the-scenes conversation about the realities of writing, editing, publishing, and becoming an author in today’s digital age. Together, they unpack the emotional, strategic, and creative process of bringing a book to life: from navigating the “messy middle” of writing to restructuring manuscripts, refining storytelling, and building an authentic author brand online. Jessi shares insights from working with authors at every stage of the journey and explains why getting support early in the process can dramatically reduce overwhelm and accelerate momentum. Jayme also opens up about her own evolving identity as she steps more fully into authorship, including restructuring her manuscript, refining her audience, and embracing visibility in a whole new way. ✨ In this episode, we cover:  The emotional reality of writing a book and moving through the “messy middle”  Why hiring an editor early can transform the writing process  Structuring nonfiction books for clarity, engagement, and flow  Why first drafts are not supposed to be perfect  How storytelling strengthens business and prescriptive books  Writing as a healing process- not something you wait to do until after healing  The evolution of publishing and how TikTok / BookTok is changing book marketing  Building an author brand on social media  Rebranding your identity as an entrepreneur, becoming an author  The importance of personal branding and storytelling in modern publishing  The value of coaching, developmental editing, illustrators, and publishing support Together, Jayme and Jessi explore the intersection of creativity, healing, entrepreneurship, and publishing, and why writing a book is often less about perfection and more about devotion, structure, and allowing the process to unfold. Ep 94. How to Unstuck Yourself: The Real Reasons Your Ideas Aren’t Working (And What to Actually Do About It)

If you’ve ever felt like you have so many ideas… but nothing is fully landing, building, or taking off, this episode is going to hit. In this masterclass-style training, Jayme breaks down what’s actually happening between the moment you receive an idea… and the moment it either becomes real, or gets abandoned. Because the truth is: It’s not that you need better ideas.  It’s that you’ve never been shown how to work with them. Inside this episode, Jayme introduces her Idea Distortion Principle, a powerful framework explaining how ideas naturally shift and become distorted as they move from soul → human → reality. And if you don’t understand where that distortion is happening, you’ll keep leaving your ideas too early. This is not another strategy session. This is a diagnostic conversation that will help you finally see why nothing has been clicking and what to do about it. 🧠 What You’ll Learn in This Episode:  Why having too many ideas can actually keep you stuck  The real reason you start things… but don’t finish them  What happens in the exact moment you lose momentum  The Idea Distortion Principle and how it impacts execution  The 9 hidden blocks that stop ideas from becoming reality  Why this is not a strategy problem (and what it actually is)  How to stop circling ideas and finally move one forward  🧬 Core Takeaway Your ideas aren’t failing. They’re getting distorted. And once you understand where that’s happening… everything changes. 🔥 Ready for the Next Step? If this episode resonated with you, this is exactly the work inside The Idea Incubator-Jayme’s 9-week experience designed to help you take one idea from stuck → alive → in motion. Inside, you’ll learn how to not only build your idea… but become the person who can actually hold it. 💫 About Jayme Rose Gray Jayme Rose Gray is a business coach, soul strategist, and founder of Daydream Business School, where she helps visionary women bring their ideas from soul → strategy → reality. Ep 93. The 9 Stages Every Idea Moves Through (Before It Becomes Real)

Every idea you’ve ever had… The ones that worked. The ones that didn’t. The ones you started… and never finished. They all move through the same journey. In this episode, Jayme Rose Gray breaks down the 9 stages every idea must move through before it becomes something real, and why most people get stuck, not because they lack discipline or motivation… …but because they don’t understand the stage they’re in. This is a powerful, high-level look at the natural progression from: ✨ idea → vision → resistance → embodiment → reality Without going deep into the full teaching, Jayme introduces the framework behind her signature process, The Idea Incubator, and helps you locate where you are in your own journey right now. Because when you understand the stage… You stop making it mean something about you. And you start moving forward with clarity. 🔥 In This Episode, You’ll Learn: – Why most people don’t fail because of their idea – The real reason you keep starting and stopping – How ideas actually move from energy into physical reality – The 9 stages every idea goes through (high-level overview) – Why resistance is a required stage — not a sign to quit – How to identify where you are in your current idea journey – What changes when you understand the process behind creation 👁️‍🗨️ This Episode Is For You If: You have a lot of ideas… but struggle to follow through You’ve started something and feel stuck in the middle You’ve been questioning your consistency, discipline, or direction You know you’re meant to create something — but aren’t sure how to bring it to life ✨ Ways to Go Deeper This episode is a light introduction to the framework Jayme teaches inside: 🔥 The Idea Incubator A guided process to move your idea from concept → creation using a proven 9-step method. 🔥 The Idea Incubator Teacher Training & Certification A live experience where you not only learn the process, but also become certified to guide others through it. 5. Ep 92. Why Your Ideas Aren’t Working And Why the World Needs You to Finally Finish Them

    Mar 31

Ep 92. Why Your Ideas Aren’t Working And Why the World Needs You to Finally Finish Them

There is no shortage of ideas right now. But there is a shortage of people who actually bring those ideas to life. In this episode, Jayme Rose Gray breaks down the real reason you keep starting… and not finishing, and why it has nothing to do with discipline, motivation, or needing a better idea. This is about something deeper. A missing process. A lack of capacity to hold the vision. And a gap in the coaching and healing industry that no one is talking about: 👉 We have endless certifications… 👉 But not enough people who can actually help others execute If you’ve ever felt like: – You have a million ideas but nothing gets finished – You start strong but lose momentum halfway through – You know you’re meant for more, but you can’t seem to bring it into reality This episode will hit. Jayme shares the foundation of her 9-step Idea Incubator process, how ideas actually move from energy into physical form through what she calls the Manifestation Current, and why the world is in desperate need of facilitators who can guide people from idea → done. She also introduces, for the first time, the Idea Incubator Teacher Training & Certification, a live experience designed to train a new wave of leaders who don’t just talk about transformation… but know how to create it. 🔥 In This Episode, You’ll Learn: – Why having a lot of ideas is not your gift (and what actually is) – The real reason you keep starting and stopping – What’s missing from most coaching + healing certifications – The difference between dreaming, manifesting, and actually executing – What the Manifestation Current is and how ideas move into reality – Why the world needs more facilitators who can help people follow through – How to know if you’re meant to guide others through transformation 👁️‍🗨️ This Episode Is For You If: You’re a coach who feels stuck, bored, or like your clients need something deeper You’re someone who knows you’re meant to lead, but haven’t found the right path yet You’re the person everyone comes to for advice, but you’ve never been trained to guide transformation You’re tired of unfinished ideas and ready to actually bring something to life ✨ Ways to Go Deeper If this episode spoke to you, there are two ways to step into this work: 🔥 The Idea Incubator A self-paced experience where you’ll move your idea from concept → creation using Jayme’s 9-step process. 🔥 The Idea Incubator Teacher Training & Certification A live experience starting April 20th, where you’ll not only learn the process, but become certified to guide others through it. This is for those who feel called to lead, facilitate, and help others bring their work into the world. The world does not change from ideas. It changes from people who are willing to stay with an idea long enough to bring it into reality. And from the leaders who know how to guide others to do the same. 🔗 Connect with Jayme Instagram: @daydreambiz Ask Jayme a Question here! Ep 89. From Soul to Syllabus- Day 2: Structuring Your Knowledge Into Modules + Lessons

On Day 2 of the Soul to Syllabus Course Creation Challenge, Jayme Rose Gray dives deeper into one of the most important steps in creating a transformational course: extracting your method. Many people believe they need a perfect plan or a long list of credentials before they can teach something. But the truth is that your most powerful curriculum often comes directly from the experiences you’ve already lived through and the transformation you’ve already embodied. In this episode, Jayme walks listeners through the process of identifying the natural steps, lessons, and insights that came from their own journey and turning those into a clear teaching pathway for others. When you begin to look at your life through the lens of transformation, you’ll start to see that you already carry the framework for the program you’re meant to teach. Inside this training, Jayme shares how to: • Identify the transformation you naturally guide people through  • Extract the lessons and steps from your lived experience  • Turn personal insight into a structured teaching method • Begin organizing your ideas into a course framework • Understand why people trust teachers who have walked the path themselves This session helps aspiring course creators realize that the wisdom they’ve gained through life’s challenges, growth, and breakthroughs can become the foundation of a powerful program that helps others. If you’ve ever felt the nudge to teach, mentor, or guide others through something you’ve lived through, this episode will help you start turning that experience into a course that creates real transformation.
