Nothing better than a relatable podcast about ADHD!

Short, sweet, to the point, and easily implementable tips/tricks. These are the components needed for a quality podcast geared specifically toward people with ADHD. Laila Alieh’s “Launching Forward” podcast accomplishes just that and so much more in under 15 minutes per episode.

If you’re looking for a podcast where you’re warmly welcomed, where the podcaster is passionate for and a clear expert on ADHD living, and where the heavy lifting is taken out of trying to navigate life with ADHD, you have to give this podcast a listen!

Relatable, Helpful, and Eye-opening

Even though I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD, I highly suspect that I suffer from it to a degree. Laila’s podcast is so helpful to me in trying to holistically navigate my ADHD symptoms, and how vulnerable Laila is makes me feel more comfortable accepting my possible diagnosis. I have been able to implement some of the suggestions from Laila’s podcast, and it has greatly improved my life. I really love the fact that Laila has credentials and experience behind her - she isn’t just some random person talking about things she’s not qualified to speak on. Also, this is a really silly thing to say, but I really find Laila’s voice nice to listen to! I have had to stop listening to many podcasts that could have possibly helped me, simply because I could not stand the person’s voice… but I could listen to Laila talk forever! Thanks, Laila!
