    Happy Thanksgiving. In the spirit of the holiday, I thought I'd share my story about what it was like in my alcoholism and addiction, what happened and what it's like today. It's been 12 and a half years since I've taken a drink or a drug and I thank God every day that I am sober. Erik and Linda are here with me holding my hand through this. This was scary for me. I didn't prepare a thing. I just decided what was meant to come out would come out. I hope this helps, even if it's just one person, it was worth it. Thank you for listeneing.

    This episode is crazy from start to finish. It starts off with me showing Erik and Linda some cool stuff I bought at Trader Joes today. Then, Linda and Erik give me a "what's in the cup" taste test. It wasn't very nice! haha. Blech! Then Linda pulls out a handful of fun and weird beauty hacks, including the butt mask which I tried. That's when Erik's husband comes walking in. Lots of laughs, lots of fun, I hope you enjoy it.
