Spring Cleaning for Legal Teams: The Cloud and Defensible Deletion of Data
Due in large part to unlimited cloud storage and the ever-evolving list of new cloud-based tools and applications, organizations are creating more data than ever before. This can create risk, increase cost, and weigh down eDiscovery workflows. However, many leaders fear the risk of accidentally deleting required information or being unable to defend their deletion practices. Developing a sound data retention and deletion program — and getting key stakeholders' buy-in to do so — is critical for any successful data governance program. Bill and Rob are joined by Erika Namnath, Executive Director of Global Advisory Services at Lighthouse, to discuss key steps for defensible deletion of data and how to ensure participation and adherence throughout an organization.

Sightings of radical brilliance
Fantastic. I wish this were a weekly or fortnightly show. Authentically, Bill and Rob and not dull, boring, or self-promoting like most other legal shows. More, please.
Informative and relevant
One of my favorite business podcasts. The hosts keep things moving and you don’t feel like they are trying to stretch it out just to make it longer. Heavy on the business side with enough technical depth to be educational.
5 Stars
I thoroughly enjoy the podcasts. I am not a big podcast listener however this is a much better format then a hour long webinars. I can listen on my drive into work to keep me current on eDiscovery topics and not take away from my day to day work. Keep them coming.
