    Layer Within - The Fourth Trimester as a RITE of Passage

    The postpartum period is a moment for rest, recuperation, finding yourselves and It is a topic I preach and sing about in my clubhouse rooms weekly. Layers Within is on clubhouse every Monday at 21:00hrs GMT. Many of the recordings are straight from the rooms including this one It is sad though that the mother is never kept in the front row in the western world after the birth of a baby. Even at the 8 weeks appointment where for the most part the files get closed, the highlight of the appointment is the contraception and when not to get pregnant again There will be about 3/4 episodes to this topic.     Sibling connection with a disability

    A one on one conversation with my 9 year old daughter about her personal experiences as a sister to a brother she adores, living with a disability. Her knowledge of her brother's condition has had an impact in how she chooses friends, how she interacts with him, how she has lived knowing his strengths and weakness from an early age but how she particularly feels the weigh of it too sometimes.
