    Stop Waiting For The Right Time

    Back in May I was coming up with all the excuses to not commit to a Portuguese class. Fast forward 3 months and I’ve done 50hours of learning and completed level one. Well I hope I’ve completed it… I don’t get my results until next week. But I’m so happy I started and didn’t wait for the right time. Because the right time simply doesn’t exist. We are always going to fill our diaries up with work, family, house work, social plans…  And these are all our needs. But maybe instead of a bit of TV or scrolling time we can go out and try something new? Reactivate our brains, meet new people and just live a little more.     Overcoming Self-Doubt & Burnout in The Workplace With Sarah Woulfe

    This week we have Sarah Woulfe on the podcast.  Sarah is a mindset coach and the owner of Fem Club (Femtrepreneur Club)  Through Fem Club she brings female business owners together to build confidence, realign focus and take more action.  As a business owner myself I can struggle with self doubt and spend far too much time in my own head It can at times be a very lonely journey.  So it felt important to have this conversation with Sarah today.  We wanted to normalise that we are all struggling in some way within our careers.     Life Update - No More Popping Pills

    Not those kinds of pills...  The daily contraception pill. This week I wanted to share a little life update.  And this was a bit of a step for me.  I really like the control contraception brings and I'm lucky to have no side effects on it.  But this felt like the next best step for myself and Joe with moving away, my age and our future plans.  I thought I'd share the steps I have taken to stay on top of my cycle and still feel 'in control'  I hope this helps those who are in a similar position.  And I'm always here to chat as I know it can be lonely when having all these internal thoughts.  Have a great week gals.
