    ABOUT THIS EPISODE Most leaders measure the wrong things. Attendance, discussion quality, whether the night felt good. Those are not bad things to notice, but none of them tell you whether you actually won. The win is disciples: people who know Jesus better than they did before and are actually following him in everyday life. This episode helps you reframe what winning looks like and how to spot discipleship happening in real time. KEY TAKEAWAYS •       The win is not a full room or a great discussion.
