Customer Reviews
A must listen for anyone who’s hiring!
I was so close to hiring a recruiter, but after listening to Danielle talk about the 5-Star rating system, and defining a hiring process…everything clicked. I’m contacting her team ASAP for help!
Motivating!
This podcast is sure to motivate you! In episode 80, guest Danielle and Dr. Walker talk about what attracts “5 star candidates,” and Danielle says objectifying success for a person’s job is sure to attract the ideal candidate. Great stuff in here for business owners!
Hiring Better Employees
Danielle Mulvey inspired me when she talked about how it only takes one great hire to replace two - three bad or average employees. As a business owner, it is hard not just to hire someone (especially right now) to have someone doing the work - even though I have to constantly follow-up.
I need to heed her advice and work on making better hires. The information she provided was great and she obviously is passionate about her company and what they do!
