Roger mentors many executives and assists organizations with strategy, innovation, and succession planning.

Dr. Peck is an internist and rheumatologist by training. For more than three decades, he has served as a practicing physician, faculty member, scientist, medical director, CEO, and partner in a global healthcare advisory company. One of the biggest projects he oversaw was a $108M financial turnaround of a $2B integrated health system in the northeast. Chuck also provides thought leadership insights to different organizations across the country, focusing mainly on operational and financial topics.

No matter which episode you enjoy, you’ll hear stories and insights on how to be better leader. Although the hosts work in the healthcare industry, the principles and advice work well in any segment of business. Great show!

Great insights, great leader dialogue!

I recently listened to Lisa’s episode with Lindel Fields and it had some great insights into the importance of an engaged workforce, especially relevant now amidst the continuing pandemic, and how we can check in with each other to maintain productivity. This episode is so applicable to a wide audience! As a small business owner, trying to be an engaging leader is always top of mind in order to expand my business and be as efficient and effective as possible. This episode gave me ideas on how to implement some of the best practices mentioned to grow and further drive leads, conversions, and revenue. Lisa did a great job personalizing Lindel’s experiences and expertise as a leader to be applicable for your listeners - a true testament to her hosting.
