    355: Your Visibility Inventory

Four weeks. Three dimensions. One through-line: you are worth being seen. Fully. Strategically. Without apology. This is the finale of the May Visibility series, and it is built differently than any other episode this month. Two parts. Part one is a coaching session. Carolina walks you through three categories: your worth, your visibility practice, and your strategy, and for every question, she tells you what your answer actually reveals and exactly what to do with it. This is not a reflection exercise. Grab something to write with. Part two is listener Q&A. Three real questions from the Leading Yourself community, answered honestly. In this episode: The visibility gap isn't where you think it is, and what you are actually looking for in the inventoryWorth: the question that reveals whether you are letting yourself see your own value clearlyVisibility Practice: activity vs. impact language and whether the right people have a current picture of what you are doingStrategy: the five people whose opinion shapes your trajectory, and how well they actually know youThe integration question: what would the version of you from four weeks ago notice about who you are today? Listener Q&A: The anchoring habit still feels incredibly awkward, how long until it stops? My manager told me I'm seen as an executor, not a strategic thinker. How do I change that?I keep meaning to have the career conversation with my manager and never do. What is actually stopping me? SERIES: May | Visibility: From Invisible to Unmistakable Week 1: Owning Your Worth Without Apologizing Week 2: Making Your Work Visible Without Feeling Like You're Bragging Week 3: Why Good Work Isn't Enough Week 4: Your Visibility Inventory

    351: Your Confidence Inventory

We made it to the final week of April. And I want to close this month the way it deserves to be closed, not with a lecture, but with a conversation. This episode has two parts. Part one is a coaching session. Just you and me, like we're sitting across from each other with coffee and nowhere to be. I'm walking you through your confidence inventory, three categories of evidence you've been sitting on and not counting: what you've survived, what you've built, and what you know. I'll be asking you the questions I ask every client I coach through a confidence conversation. Bring a notebook. Pause and actually answer them. This part only works if you do the work. Part two is listener Q&A. Real questions that came in this month and I'm answering them as honestly as I can. Including the one that stopped me for a minute: "Is there a point where you just accept that you're not a confident person?" I have a lot to say about that one. We also get into: what to do when self-doubt comes back loud after you've been doing the work, how to build confidence when your environment keeps knocking it down, why you feel confident in some areas of your life and not others and what that actually means, and how to stay grounded after a big failure or setback. This is the close of the month. And if you've been here all four weeks, thank you. You showed up for yourself. That matters more than you know. If this is your first episode, go back to week one. This series builds on itself and it's worth starting at the beginning. The person you are becoming is not a future version of you. She is you, with more reps.
