Not just for ops managers

Jamie totally makes lean leadership relatable to real life. She brings energy and and (dare I say it, fun) to learning how to be a better lean leader. And hey,- you don't need to be an ops manager to learn something form Jamie. Doesn't matter what you are leading - she can make lean leadership concepts pertinent to you and what you are working on.
