Digestible Information
Really enjoying how Sarah is starting this podcast from the bottom up with easy to understand concepts in digestible chunks. It is so much easier for me to listen to these shorter episodes on my way to work or during the day without having to set aside a bunch of time. I also feel like I am learning something new with each episode without feeling overwhelmed by the new content.
It’s also really nice that she seems accessible by sharing her contact info and making herself available for questions. I have followed her online for years and know she definitely responds to my comments and DMs so I’m sure she would respond to her listeners as well.
Looking forward to hearing more about her personal journey to health in the coming episodes.
