    My Deepest Unravel

    This episode has no intro. When I recorded it, I did not plan on making an episode. But I felt that it would be one the of the best recordings I have ever done and I needed to share it. This is about unraveling my semi food addiction and the reasons behind why its so easy to go back to it. I pray you get a lot from this.     I No Longer Need The Cult

    I finally fully let go of the co-dependency I have had on the dark cults and covens that have been co-dependent on my light. I realized subconsciously I still felt I needed them to give me the answers to everything that I had been through, and gratefully, I decided to let that go.

    Tending To My Garden

    This episode is about how I have used the art of unraveling and research to "tend to my garden", or to take care of my body. The aches and pain are not to be ignored, as the body too knows how to communicate with us. I explain one of my current processes using awareness, body map, chakras and stretching.     Taking Back My Power

    This episode is about how I have finally graduated from letting go of the illusions of others having control over me. Despite their power in the realm of evil and their practices, I have survived the powers that have been against me by remembering that when I got on this earth plane, I agreed for them to do what they have done, so that I not only get stronger in the mind and spirit, but I wake up and remember they could only do to me what I allowed them to do in the first place. I no longer allow it, so I am no longer under the illusion of being disempowered. I pray this will help many who hear this
