    S03E03 | Consider the Trades

    S03E03 | Consider the Trades

If you're a millenial, it's pretty likely that you were strongly encouraged to get a four-year college degree. Probably the trades, or any non-college options, were not encouraged at all. After a generation like this, we now have overwhelming student debt and a major shortage of tradesmen. What is the solution? Should we discourage our kids from going to college? Annie and Alicia are discussing it all in today's episode.

    S03E02 | A Wise Woman Builds

    S03E02 | A Wise Woman Builds

Today Annie and Alicia are talking about WOMEN and the role they play in families, in society and basing this conversation around the theme of the spring issue of Learning Well Journal, which comes from Proverbs 14:1. That verse says: "a wise woman builds her home, but folly with her own hands tears it down."
They'll cover common sins that women struggle with and then practical ways to also build up your home.

So refreshing!

This podcast is like a breath of fresh air. I’ve been searching for something like this for so long and have finally found it! Y’all seem so relatable and down to earth I enjoy listening so much. I love the wide array of homeschooling topics you touch on and from a Christian perspective. I also love all of the season focused content, it speaks to my heart. I subscribed to your magazine just before the fall drop and I absolutely love it! I also ordered the Christmas issue :) I later found out about your podcast and can’t get enough. Thank you so much for your magazine and podcast I haven’t found anything else quite like it, y’all definitely have something special here. I plan on gifting it to some friends. I pray y’all continue to grow and prosper, God bless!
