    Running a Virtual Fitness Coaching Business

    In this episode, I had a conversation with Yollanda Musa, a Virtual Fitness Coach.  Yollanda shared her journey of running an online fitness coaching business called Monyaress which she started during the Covid-19 pandemic. Yollanda discussed how she identified a gap in the market when the fitness centres and gym closed due to lockdown rules.  She also recommended virtual resources that people can use to learn more about fitness.

Dan is also passionate about personal branding and he shared some tips and advice on how to create your own personal branding using content and social media.

    Cem is an Entrepreneur, Podcaster, Health nut, and also a Digital Content Producer. We spoke about his journey into content producing,  and some of the challenges he faced during this journey. We discussed the evolution of content producing and how content producing will be impacted by AI and other technologies. Cem also shared the tops skills required in the content producing and how young people can start creating their careers in the content producing world.

    Interview with Coach Dumi

    In this episode, I had a chat with Dumi about his journey to becoming a Global Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Expert. Dumi shared his story from moving from Zimbabwe and to live in the UK, where he went from sweeping factory floors to Oxford University Masters graduate and Global Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Expert. People now call him the “Rags to Impact Coach”. Dumi also shared advice on being a life long learner and how young people can start creating their own life stories.

    Michael is the Digital Marketing Manager at Manchester Digital, Manchester Digital works with the Manchesters most progressive digital and technology businesses to create the optimum environment for them to succeed. In this interview, we spoke about Michael's journey into marketing. He wanted to be a teacher and went on to study history at university.  We also spoke about the definition of marketing, the evolution of marketing, and his advice for young people wanting to start a career in marketing.
