Learnt Up

I just discovered this podcast today and I can’t wait to binge the rest! Great host chemistry, comedy, and fun face in a easy listening but larger than a podcast type of way!

Fun fact - you can listen to 18 episodes of Learnt Up in one day while driving from Austin to Tucson. I would know. This podcast has honest and hard working hosts who know how to do their research, the episodes have interesting topics, and you can learn about great sponsors for products like Baby I Want That or Bubbe’s Bubbles that will make your life complete.

This podcast is perfect. It’s super educational and talks about real issues, but there’s chemistry, conversation, and jokes. The conversation is organic and free-flowing, but there’s also structure and regular segments to make sure you learn while you’re laughing. I have both laughed out loud in the middle of a silent subway car, and gotten a little choked up while listening. I’m convinced that Lorraine is the second coming of Jesus (like Drake, another great black Jew).

This podcast is great because it tracks the cultural education of two bright women in real-time. The content covered, although Black and Jewish centered, is kinda mind blowing and relevant regardless of your walk-of-life. Also, they're funny! You feel like you're having discussion with your best friends. I know it sounds like I'm gushing, but I will say that Lorraine and Sarah really have been consistently improving their format, and I can't wait to continue listening!
