Derral Eves, Expert Marketer, CEO of the Chosen
Why would anyone choose to crawl through broken glass? I would never consider doing that as a bucket list item. Yet Derral figuratively has, over and over and over. That's why he is the expert marketer that he is. Derral's genius mind and work ethic has been some of the driving force of some of youtube's greatest all stars: the Piano Guys, Mr. Beast, etc. He is also partners with Dallas Jenkins in the Chosen and has put in the incredible amount of time necessary to build the audience to where it currently is at. Derral loves causes. He loves building audiences to rally around things that truly matter. He shares how money is the byproduct of someone that chooses to reinvest in themselves, their business, etc. Derral was dropping so many truth bombs it was hard to keep track. So glad he took the time to be on the Lemonade Stand Stories Podcast. Enjoy!
Jared Stewart, CEO of Tribehouse
Can happiness be compounded, where everyday is better than the last? Jared Stewart certainly seems to think so. After examining some of his previously existing narratives, he found that life can truly be joyful if lived by certain principles. Jared is the founder of Tribehouse, a company whose focus is to gather as many tribes as possible. He loves the connection that comes from authentic relationships. He has found that his best business ventures happened when he worked with those he truly cared about. This has led to make wise choices not just in business, but in life. Jared is most extroverted introvert I have met. He loves people and making connections, but he doesn't enjoy the surface level stuff. He wants to have deep meaningful connections. It was an absolute pleasure chatting with him and seeing where the future of Tribehouse is going to head towards. Enjoy!
Geoff Carlston, Founder of Epic Journey Leadership
As the Founder of Epic Journey Leadership Geoff loves to build transformative leaders and teams through the creation of authentic culture forged in trust, love and the magic of shared experiences. But what exactly does that all mean? After years of coaching volleyball at the University level, he saw the incredible benefits of nature and adventure to unify high performing athletes. When every individual came to the university at the top of the game, he saw that they all had different personalities and approaches to the game of volleyball. He knew that until they started to understand one another from a soul level, they would never have the chemistry to play together effectively. Using retreats to form connections, Geoff discovered the power of narratives. Having positive narratives yielded to positive life experiences and vice versa. For him, authentic connection is the key to finding joy. This can only happen when you are present and show up for other people. We had a great chat about some deep topics. Enjoy!
Eric Osmond, A true artist and visionary
Can destruction of life be a good thing? Eric certainly seems to think so. His life has been destroyed many times. His heart has broken so much that he was physically damaged. And yet through it, Eric expanded. He grew. He knew that the comfy little cottage he had created needed to be destroyed so that the mansion that was always him could grow. Eric is truly an artist. He has found passion in acting, music, body building, and pretty much anything that has captured his heart. Being an Osmond, he has known fame his entire life. But it never phased him. Instead of trying to steal the spotlight, he would go and talk to the people in the background, those that never had their voices heard. And he found profound meaning in giving back to the world. Eric's music has touched those that have gone through the darkest despair and we are all lifted because of it. We had a poignant, deep conversation about life and the many ups and down he has personally gone through. But in his eyes, you can find peace. He is truly a warrior and I'm grateful to have had him on the podcast. Enjoy!
Michael Hardle, Producer of Inspired Guns, Master Serial Entrepreneur
Michael is the definition of a serial entrepreneur. From selling used fireworks to creating his own haunted house all before the age of 10, he loved the what impact his creations could have. Having hopped around from different venture to different venture, his main passion has been film and he was able to scratch that itch producing the film Inspired Guns back in 2013. He has since owned his own apparel line, insurance company, and a bunch of other ventures that seem absolutely unrelated to each other. And yet, through it all, he keeps creating because his deepest fear is that he would look back on his life and feel regret for not making enough of an impact. Michael is HUGE on reverse engineering. He knows exactly what he wants and reverse engineers the process so he could know how to start moving forward. This strategy has helped him win on many different occasions. We talked about the philosophy of reverse engineering and how that this strategy is important not just for an entrepreneur, but for just experiencing the best life possible. Fun podcast today with high energy. Enjoy!
Colby Jenkins, Green Beret, Public Speaker, Builds A-Teams
Colby has led people through the darkest of dangers. Any wrong moves and you end up dead. Being a Green Beret, he has been put through some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable. Like the time his chopper was gunned down by enemy forces in Afghanistan. His troops were completely surrounded by the enemy, but by communicating clearly, keeping a level head, and doing the very next thing, they were able to get out of those dangers without any loss of life. Colby has led an incredible life and has learned the value of being kind to all. He uses many of the skills he learned as a Green Beret to help build companies and businesses into A-Teams. He knows exactly what it takes to succeed and has a tremendous passion for serving others. Colby is a very gentle yet firm man, and it’s these qualities that have led him so far in life. Such a great time chatting with Colby. And he would love to connect with anyone listening to this podcast. Reach out to him via his website! Enjoy the podcast!

Charan is a wonderful host of this amazing podcast. Each week I am inspired to be greater and do better as I listen to it on my drive to work. Genuine show telling the stories the world needs to hear more of
I love this podcast for 2 reasons:
1st - Charan Prabhakar is an excellent host - he asks great questions, focuses on the guest and doesn’t overwhelm the show with his own thoughts - rather he highlights what the guest brings to the show.
2nd - The stories that are shared are truly good and inspiring episodes, I always leave uplifted, hopeful, and motivated.
In a world full of podcasts, this one rises above the rest.
