    2. Move your body. Stretch at least 5-10 minutes each morning and try to get in a 30-45 movement/exercise throughout the day.
    3. Remove toxic people! This one is hard but so worth it. Identify the toxic people, stand firm and take action to distance yourself from them, move forward in confidence and peace.
    4. Eat for health. Give your body the nutrients it needs to fuel your brain, fight disease and infection, keep great heart health, and keep your immune system strong.

    #5: Take action! — support an African American non-profit organization, join your local non-profit, share with friends on social media that you’re excited to be supporting this month, teach your children the greatness of African Americans to this country, not just historians but current leaders that are paving the way for the next generation!
