    ZOE LYONS

    Will and Steve travel to a new studio in Brighton to interview the wonderfully funny Zoe Lyons, talking about inspiration, stage fright and being 'in the flow'. Zoe has appeared on BBC's Live at the Apollo as well as being a regular panelist on Mock the Week and QI. She was nominated for the If.Comedy Best Newcomer award and won the Nivea Funny Women Award as well as Dave TV's Funniest Joke of the Fringe award in 2008. They talk about Joan Rivers, getting a 'Tight Ten' and her new show, Werewolf, that she hasn't written yet but has a very lovely poster.     KRISTIN HERSH

    American singer, songwriter and guitarist, Kristin Hersh, steps into the studio to talk to Will and Steve about her life on the road, gigs, recording and shootouts with killer clowns. She has recorded 11 solo albums plus more with her bands Throwing Muses and 50-Foot Wave. She's written books, including Rolling Stone Magazine's #8 Rock Memoir of all time, Rat Girl, covered Neil Young and brought up four boys. She is shy, thoughtful and sees musical chords in colours. This episode delves into the life of a prolific musician, who was once in a million dollars of debt and gave up the chance to become a doctor.     BRENDAN PATRICKS

    Kicking off the series, Will and Steve talk to actor and magician, Brendan Patricks about the stage and screen and close-up card tricks on private jets for bags of cash. Patricks is best known for his role as Evelyn Napier in Downton Abbey but has many stage credits as well as parts in TV's Gavin and Stacey, Gentleman Jack and the highly acclaimed Mr Sloane. Whilst studying acting at LAMDA, he worked at the local Blockbuster Video with a young wannabe writer called Will Carver. Laughs, insight and nostalgia for the death of VHS, this first interview starts the series with a ban, looking into the creative life of an actor.
