Sometimes, you push yourself a little too hard and end up too overwhelmed to function, emotionally and physically.     No matter how well we set up our plans, life has its ways of turning things around. Most of the things we planned on doing do not unfold the way we want them to or anticipate. Remind yourself that it is okay to get lost once in a while. Time and time again, you’ll learn that there is a fine sense of adventure in setting your foot on something unfamiliar. Time and time again, you’ll learn that there is more than one way to get anywhere. It’s Important to realize we don’t have to push and force for anything to happen. We can take it easy, one step at a time. Working on who we are, who we want to be, has no age limit. Let it flow. Let us invite more ease and harmony into our lives.

    What About Your Friends.

    We are all looking for a tribe and everyone has a different idea of what that is. For you, it could mean looking for people that make you feel most like yourself; or people that treat you like family and always have your back; or people that support your goals and help you learn what you need to learn; or people that challenge your perspective and beliefs to help you grow. Whatever it is, finding your tribe is a process and not a simple task. A key to meaningful friendship is intimacy, and a big part of intimacy is being able to be fully yourself and be seen and understood by others.  I hope you find a tribe that does this for you.

    In A World Of Options, Set Your Priorities.

    Your priorities are the things that matter most to you. When you know your priorities, you can make decisions that you stand by every time.  Knowing your priorities helps you understand what can wait and what needs to go, where your time should be spent, and how your life should be lived.  We will never have the time to do everything but we must get clear on our intentions and the kind of life we want to live.  Steve Job said it best, "Your time is limited."  So make your life meaningful and purposeful by giving your time and attention to things that truly deserve it.
