This week Ron returns with a chat with rising rock band Tattered Sons! The band recently recently headed to Pennsylvania to record a 4 track EP with producer (and former Lynch Mob bassist) Anthony Esposito. The result is a solid collection of songs for rock fans everywhere. In this discussion, the guys share the story of the making of the album, their DIY process and how it compares to the traditional models, staying focused, the value of camaraderie, and their plans for the future. Conversation with Voodoo Moonshine

This week Ron is joined by the guys from Voodoo Moonshine! Pedro Espada on vocals, Jeff Losawyer on guitar, Hector Acevedo on bass, Rick Gatheman rounds out the rhythm section. Voodoo Moonshine released their full length sophomore CD "Bottom of the Barrel" on February 4, 2022. In this conversation the guys detail the many twists and turns the band has experienced over their 20+ year existence. The lineup has changed over the years with Pedro and Rick joining more recently. Luckily, the music has been consistently strong; especially the more recent output. Topics covered in this talk include the differences between their experience working under a label in comparison to their newly independent status, the origins of some of their songs, discussing the process of making music videos, future live and studio plans and much more.
