Welcome to the "Let Me Be Free" Podcast. Join Alwynn and Jackie, two sisters from Ireland, living in Australia as they navigate their healing journeys together.
They'll be interviewing everyone who has helped them get to where they are today, whether that's their therapists, loved ones, people from their Facebook group "Let Me Be Free, The Wounded Inner Child" or people who they've never met but have had a huge impact on their lives.
Follow them on this journey as they try to dissect what has really worked for them, in the hopes that you too might be freed.

Ep 37: Farewell Episode
In this episode, Alwynn and I, after a great year, record our last episode of The Let Me Be Free Podcast and discuss our decision to end on this high note. We talk about recent revelations that Alwynn has had in her own life and I discuss some things that have been happening for me too. We both talk about how we see clients for coaching and exactly what we do with them in the hopes that it will help listeners understand more of what we find valuable in therapy and why. Alwynn also discusses her decision to take down the “Let Me Be Free” Facebook group which has been a big help to her the last few years. I hope you get a lot out of this episode.

I am listening to your interview on the Adult Child Podcast. Thank you for telling your story. I am a mom trying to recover from childhood trauma while not screwing up my own kids. (Hah!)
I’ve been struggling a lot lately with hating my inner child and the damage it causes in my adult life. Your story of compassion for yourself AND for other moms in the same situation, really, really made me feel seen.
