LaVada England — A Queen of Wisdom, Presence, and Purpose

Lavada England — A Queen of Restoration, Emotional Intelligence, and Community Power Lavada England is a San Diego–based community leader, mentor, author, and global advocate whose life and work embody restoration, resilience, and emotionally intelligent leadership. A Queen in both spirit and service, Lavada has devoted more than two decades to empowering women, youth, and families to rise beyond circumstance and reclaim their full potential. As Founder and CEO of House of Restoration Community Connections (HRCC), Lavada leads a grassroots movement dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty, trauma, and limitation through mentorship, education, and restorative community engagement. Her work is deeply informed by lived experience — a journey that began amid profound challenges, including teen motherhood and periods of homelessness, and evolved into a life of purpose-driven leadership. What once could have silenced her instead refined her voice. Lavada is a licensed substance-abuse counselor whose approach seamlessly blends clinical expertise with empathy, faith, and emotional intelligence. Her lived experience does not merely accompany her work — it anchors it. As community partners and nonprofit collaborators note, this depth allows her to reach women and families with authenticity, compassion, and transformative impact. Lavada often affirms this alignment simply and powerfully: “I am that population.” Career and Community Leadership Through HRCC, Lavada has created a safe, empowering ecosystem where women and their children gain practical skills, confidence, and vision for the future. The organization’s mission centers on restorative engagement — strengthening families “one household at a time” through education, housing support, personal development, and business-minded empowerment. HRCC’s innovative programs include creative and entrepreneurial initiatives such as the “Cover Me Right” fashion empowerment workshop, where participants collaboratively design, create, and auction apparel. These programs cultivate teamwork, creativity, financial literacy, and leadership, demonstrating Lavada’s belief that empowerment must be both expressive and economically viable. Beyond HRCC, Lavada has contributed to youth enrichment and mentorship initiatives as a producer and collaborator, supporting programs that build confidence, identity, and leadership capacity among young people. Her leadership style is hands-on, faith-rooted, and community-centered — focused not on visibility, but on impact. The “She’s Worthy” Summit Lavada is also the visionary creator of the annual “She’s Worthy” Women’s Empowerment Summit, a signature community gathering held each November in San Diego. The summit convenes women leaders, advocates, and families for dialogue, healing, and strategic empowerment. Recent editions, hosted at prominent venues such as the Legacy Resort, have featured panels on self-worth, health, leadership, and community restoration — amplifying women’s voices and fostering collective strength. At the heart of the summit is Lavada’s conviction that building strong women builds strong families — and that education, dignity, and emotional wellness are foundational to lasting change. International Recognition & WOHA Lavada England’s impact has resonated far beyond local borders. In 2024, she received international recognition as a Women of Heart honoree through the UK-based Women of Heart Awards (WOHA). She was formally acknowledged at the London ceremony and featured as a cover leader in WOHA’s Face of WOHA publication. This recognition positioned Lavada among a global circle of women leaders celebrated for courage, service, and transformational leadership. Her inclusion reflects not only her achievements, but the authenticity and heart-centered leadership that define her work.

  7. Broken but Beautiful: Healing Justice, Survival, and the Courage to Rise”

Broken but Beautiful: Healing Justice, Survival, and the Courage to Rise”

Dr. Aninda Sidhana is an Indian psychiatrist and psychosexual medicine specialist whose work bridges clinical care, survivor-led advocacy, and systems change for women’s mental and sexual health. With 10+ years’ experience across hospital and neuropsychiatry care, she is widely recognised for trauma-informed work that integrates psychiatric expertise with the realities of lived experience—particularly the psychological impacts of gender-based violence (GBV), coercive control, grief, and shame. Today, Dr. Sidhana serves in leadership and advisory capacities, including as Hon. Assistant Secretary General (Indian Psychiatric Society, Northern Zone) and Medical Advisor to HealCycle, supporting evidence-informed women’s mental health initiatives with a focus on hormonal and life-stage mental wellbeing. ⸻ Early Training and Foundations Public professional listings indicate Dr. Sidhana completed MBBS followed by MD (Psychiatry), with additional training through a Fellowship in Psychosexual Medicine. Some public directories also outline an early-career pathway including residency and neuropsychiatry-centred work (including association with IHBAS, a major neuropsychiatry institution), reflecting the clinical base that later supported her specialist focus on the overlap of mind, body, intimacy, and trauma. ⸻ Clinical Focus and Specialist Lens Dr. Sidhana’s practice and public education emphasise how sexual trauma, relationship harm, and social stigma can present as anxiety, depression, PTSD-spectrum symptoms, dissociation, somatic distress, and sexual dysfunction—often misread or minimised in routine care. She is especially known for centring: Women’s mental health and sexual wellness Trauma-integrated psychiatric care Psychosexual medicine (including intimacy, desire, shame, and consent-related injury) Relationship therapy and marital counselling Stress, addiction, and common mental disorders ⸻ “Healing Justice”: Survivor Wisdom + Clinical Science A defining thread of Dr. Sidhana’s work is her emphasis on survivor-led, dignity-centred healing—often described in her writing through a “healing justice” orientation: care that respects lived experience, restores agency, and makes room for both medical treatment (when needed) and human witnessing (“listening ears,” empathy, and safety as clinical necessities). Her writing on The Dignity Dialogues frames survivor wisdom not as an add-on, but as part of the architecture of public mental health systems. ⸻ Advocacy and Public Profile Dr. Sidhana is also recognised for breaking silence around domestic abuse and GBV—particularly the reality that highly educated and professionally successful women can still be trapped by coercive control, shame, and systemic barriers. Major public features describe her journey of surviving two abusive marriages and multiple miscarriages, and how she transformed that experience into advocacy, education, and community-building. A pivotal metaphor in her public storytelling is her solo trip to Iceland’s Northern Lights, which she uses to describe the mind’s complexity—unpredictable, powerful, and capable of beauty after darkness—often linked to healing, identity reclamation, and neurodiversity-affirming compassion. ⸻ Founder: The Dignity Dialogues Dr. Sidhana founded The Dignity Dialogues, a survivor-led initiative designed to build real-world healing systems through listening circles, storytelling, and advocacy, positioning dignity as both a personal right and a public health strategy. ⸻ Leadership and Current Roles Hon. Assistant Secretary General — Indian Psychiatric Society (Northern Zone) (as referenced in multiple public posts and interviews) Medical Advisor — HealCycle (women’s hormonal mental health initiative; listed on HealCycle and reflected in her public posts) (

  8. Dr Natalie Forest The Moment Everything Changes: on Purpose & Personal Truth”

    12/09/2025

Dr Natalie Forest The Moment Everything Changes: on Purpose & Personal Truth”

THE BIRTH OF A TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER Dr. Natalie, you’re known as a revolutionary rulebreaker in the world of personal empowerment. When did you first realize that you saw life, people, and patterns differently from most? That actually started at a very young age. I some instances it may have been even scary to others and myself. However, I then buried those talents for a long time and while still relying on my IGP (Internal Guidance System – coined by me) it took me a few years to reconnect truly. This was partially because I always knew I would be a teacher and during my studies – I love learning and exploring – I would become more and more fascinated with what people were doing and why. Thus, for me, teaching history was the understanding that history is made by humans and human actions and re-actions, not by dates and numbers. That is when I clearly began to see patterns. In addition, my IGS has always shown me energies, guided me towards an understanding of people, even if I may not always have followed it, and in the end it was in one of my first interviews as a mentor when I was asked ‘Do you consider yourself a revolutionary?’ that this word came up for the first time. That allowed me to briefly review my life before answering and the answer was: YES: Was there a defining moment—spiritual, emotional, or intellectual—that set you on the path of transformational mentorship?Life experience and all my actions, especially those that I did not realize were all about mentoring in regards to self-love, self-confidence, thinking and feeling. I also realized that in many of my seminars ( I always held interactive classes ) I often could not repeat verbatim what I said as it was coming through based on questions, themes, class members, and more. One day a friend of mine told me that I needed to get out of the safe space that is the classroom to teach (by example) more globally. So I did. How has your background as a historian shaped your ability to read patterns in people, decisions, and destiny? As mentioned previously, seeing how people behave in situations… often re-acting instead of responding, following base instincts and thus following their patterns if triggered without much contemplation. Those who are able to reflect upon why something happens, why people do the things they do (without apologizing or excusing but simply through objective analysis) it become clear how the patterns in history are patterns of human beahvior and unless we identify our patterns and make a conscious decision about whether the pattern in question is one we want to maintain or modify or let go we are going to do the same thing over and over again (as Einstein pointed out, silly if we then anticipate a different outcome). This all means we have to get to our subconscious ideas and that is the fun part –to me – having explored that myself. Currently serving as President of 90210 Enterprise andVice President of Media & Quantum Synergy for 90210 Enterprise, Director of the Business Office for European Operations for Mindatorium, and host of the 90210 Podcast, and Editor-in-Chief for the 90210 Magazine, Dr. Natalie combines her unparalleled ability to “see what others cannot perceive” with innovative strategies to uplift individuals and organizations alike. At the heart of Dr. Natalie’s work lies her unique methodology, “The Hidden Power of Patterns,” which empowers her clients to uncover unseen forces, overcome limitations, and realign with their purpose. Her mentorship has transformed countless lives. #leader #natalieforest
