I printed out pictures of vegetables and fruits and pinned them on a magnetic bulletin board.     Lele goes on a staycation

We got to stay in a hotel, eat lots of good food, do some shopping and visit a local farm. zhái dù jià 宅度假 zhù zài nǎ lǐ? 住在哪裡? jiǔ diàn 酒店 Lele usually sleeps in a Kidco Peapod tent when we stay in hotels. He has a really hard time falling asleep when he’s in our bed and we’ve found that putting him in a tent has been a good solution for all of us. zhàng péng 帳篷 We went to a local farm. There were a few different animals but the only ones we visited were the Alpacas.  wǒ men qù nǎ lǐ wán？ 我們去哪裡玩？ nóngchǎng 農場 yáng tuó  羊駝  yáng 羊 These Alpacas were so cute and furry but they were so aggressive! One even kicked me because I was passing out the food too slowly. I’ll post a video of it on my IG. We also rode these beautiful Swan shaped peddle boats. It was one of the few times Lele has been on a boat. He still doesn’t know how to swim or float yet so I’m pretty nervous whenever we are around bodies of water. zuò chuán 坐船 jiù shēng yī 救生衣   Lele and Daddy found a LONG slide and rode it several times. It was so fun! Watch the video on our IG.  liū huá tī 溜滑梯   My favorite part of vacations? Buying souvenirs!! Lele and Mommy both wanted stuffed alpacas so we got a blue one that Lele liked. I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether its more or less helpful! :) Send me a message on Instagram or Facebook! https://instagram.com/leleandmonkey https://www.facebook.com/leleandmonkey Egg 1 - Leaf zōng zhī quán rì 棕枝全日 fù huó jié yī zhōu qián， yé sū qí zhe lǘ zi jìn rù yé lù sā lěng。 復活節一周前，耶穌騎著驢子進入耶路撒冷。 nà shí hòu， rén men hěn gāo xìng kàn dào tā， huān yíng tā。 那時候，人們很高興看到他，歡迎他。 dàn wǒ men zhī dào bù dào yī gè xīng qī， tā men de xīn qíng jiù huì gǎi biàn。 但我們知道不到一個星期，他們的心情就會改變。 Egg 2 - Bread miàn bāo 麵包 shèng cān 聖餐 yé sū ná qǐ yī tiáo miàn bāo zhù xiè le， bǎ miàn bāo bāi kāi fēn gěi zhòng mén tú， shuō： 耶穌拿起一條麵包祝謝了，把麵包擘開分給眾門徒，說： 「zhè miàn bāo shì wǒ de shēn tǐ， měi cì nǐ men zhào zhe zhè yàng zuò， wèi de shì yào jì niàn wǒ。] 「這麵包是我的身體，每次你們照著這樣做，為的是要記念我。] Egg 3 - Thorns In this episode, I use this word 兵人。 bīng rén - should be jūn rén or bīng dīng 兵人 - should be 軍人or 兵丁 cì 刺 jīng jí 荊棘 guān miǎn 冠冕 jiān jiān de 尖尖的 Egg 4 - Nails dīng zi 釘子 dìng 釘 Egg 5 shí zì jià 十字架 yé sū zài shí zì jià shàng sǐ le。 耶穌在十字架上死了。 Egg 6 - Rock shí kuài 石塊 fén mù 墳墓 yé sū sǐ hòu， tā de péng yǒu men bǎ tā de shēn tǐ fàng zài yī gè dà fén mù lǐ。 耶穌死後，祂的朋友們把祂的身體放在一個大墳墓裡。 tā men bǎ yī kuài dà yòu yuán de shí tóu bǎ mù xué kǒu fēng bì。 他們把一塊大石頭把墓穴口封閉。 Egg 7 - Empty kōng de 空的 fùhuó 復活 xīshēng 犧牲 shěmìng 捨命 zuìrén 罪人 And at the end, I give Lele some chocolate! :)
