    I had the most inspiring conversation with Zlata on the podcast, who moved to Canada from Ukraine at 17 for school. In the midst of focusing on her own readjustment and into life in Canada, she also helped lots of families who suddenly settled here since the war started. She has built incredible resilience, and reliance on God and her faith in a lot of times of uncertainty and unknowns.   I’m always so unbelievably inspired by people who start over in a totally new country, and Zlata is no exception.     “In a world of black and white, we are the colour.” Dang, Dee is so wise and so eloquent. We started talking about what it’s really like to live the life of a multipassionate. You know… being the kind of people who have a million dreams, a new idea every ten minutes, and more than enough passions to fill a lifetime. And then the conversation took a huge tangent, and I had a few big life realizations about (you guessed it), the millennial urge to compare ourselves to everyone around us. That whole “am I falling behind?” apparently is still hitting. (I'm coming to think, maybe that’s my real hyperfixation at this point.) We talked about the reality that sometimes doing a mix of things that fill your cup, also can leave you feeling like maybe you're moving slower on them all as a result. But seriously, I think every multipassionate human listening would agree. Being a multipassionate means you’re juggling multiple dreams at once. It’s fun and full and slightly chaotic in the best way. And when all your passions line up for a second, and everything clicks? That feeling is unmatched.
