This Let's Doula It podcast is brought to you by Anne Glover, aka MotherDoula, who has been working as a birth and postnatal doula in Northern Ireland since 2015.     Birth Trauma Resolution with Heather

    This episode covers the delicate subject of birth trauma resolution, and this particular therapy offered by Heather McMullan here in Northern Ireland. Birth Trauma Resolution therapy helps people to process Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) resulting from a traumatic birth. Interestingly this therapy is for anyone who has experienced birth trauma, not only mothers but also parents, midwives, doulas, obstetricians. Heather has dedicated her life to midwifery and now in retirement works as a doula. She has taught HypnoBirthing for over 13 years, is trained in infant massage and reflexology, and also trained in Birth Trauma Resolution (BTR) by Jenny Mullan, www.birthtraumaresolution.com.
