Join me as I sit down with one of my lifelong best friends, David Young for a conversation on all things trauma. As a certified meditation teacher, coach, and group facilitator David works with communities and organizations to heal from collective trauma, re-establish healthy communication, and love fearlessly. In this episode, David speaks vulnerably about his own journey and how the dissolution of his 10-year marriage helped him reevaluate his life and healing path.
