    Ep.15: Season 1 Finale: How To Navigate A Cut & Moving To Bali???

    In our final episode, we give you guys a current little life update and speak all about our trip to Bali (ahhh we are screaming inside with excitement omg). In preparation, we both have decided to do a small fat loss phase. In this episode we give you all the tips and tricks to navigate a fat loss phase for yourself and tell you exactly how we are navigating it for ourselves. Finally, we would like to say the largest THANK YOU to you guys! We have absolutely LOVED this little journey of hosting our very own podcast, but we could not do it without all of your support.
