The podcast provides a unique look into the lives of female coaches, athletes, reporters, and business professionals with the goal of showcasing the success of women in sports.     Emmy award-winning sports reporter and anchor Larra Overton from Fox 59 and CBS 4 joins "Let's Get Real" from Indianapolis. Larra celebrates the Hoosier's upset of #8 Penn State, crediting Coach Allen's winning culture, and speaks of her experience as an IU athlete. In the inaugural episode Tamar speaks with Deb Placey, Host of the NHL Executive Suite podcast and former MSG Network sports reporter. Deb dives into her experience as a hockey expert and how she grew in the industry covering the New York Islanders among other major sports franchises.
