Let’s Get REAL with Nina Simonds is like an ongoing master class for leaders committed to growing themselves and their awareness to better be of service to our rapidly changing world. Nina brings a fearless and open curiosity to the many challenges we are facing as a species, and but she also highlights the opportunities available to us. The November 2nd, 2025 episode was timed well for me personally, as I was lucky enough to take ORSC Intelligence was just a couple of weeks ago and much of what Nina and Wiebke Renner discuss is rooted in, and expands upon, the material I’m learning. It was a good deepening of the concepts and how they work in the real world. It was also heartening to hear Renner talk about her own self management struggles, her recognition that sometimes she becomes present to information after the fact and her equanimity related to both. It’s a good reminder that this can happen even to very experienced coaches and leaders. This is such a good podcast! Highly recommended.

I am really enjoying Nina’s Let’s Get Real podcast! There is so much to absorb from each episode, and the way she presents each topic and the applications she shares apply to career and homelife. My last longer commute I had the pleasure of listening to two episodes back-to-back, and it made the drive enjoyable. I only wished I would have been at home so I could take notes.
